Our order policy

Live photos & video come after your order is confirmed.

Every pallet is prepared at our warehouse for the buyer who orders it. To keep things professional and save time on both sides, we send live photos and video of your actual pallet once the order and payment are confirmed.

Everything is on the listingEach listing already describes the inventory, grade, and lot details. After you order, you receive the exact merchandise count and full manifest.
Live photos & video after paymentOnce payment is confirmed, our warehouse team photographs and films your pallet as it is prepared — before it ships or is picked up.

About Us

For over 10 years, PalletsBay has operated as a liquidation warehouse for customer returns, overstock, and end-of-life products from major retailers and manufacturers. Shop it like a liquidation store: wholesale pallets and liquidation pallets with photos and details you can use to decide.

Buy with confidence

Inventory is sourced directly from top national retailers and manufacturers. Listings include the source we were given, the condition grade, lot photos for that listing, and an on-page lot manifest — so you know the class of lot you are buying.

The price on the page is the pallet price. There is no buyer’s premium. Freight is quoted separately if you need it shipped; local pickup skips that line.

Scale with ease

Whether you are new to liquidation or already running a weekly program, we list single pallets through to loads that can grow into multiple truckloads. Start with one pallet. When the mix works, ask the desk for a larger program — a person replies with what is actually on the floor.

Typical listed orders are 1–5 pallets from the USA. Truckloads and mixed-category programs go through the bulk quote form.

The solution is the same path: see the merchandise class, read the grade and source, pay the listed pallet price, then pick it up or quote freight.

We are not a mystery discount warehouse with empty crates in the photo. If a lot is customer returns, the listing says so. If there is no piece count, we leave it blank.
