Our order policy

Live photos & video come after your order is confirmed.

Every pallet is prepared at our warehouse for the buyer who orders it. To keep things professional and save time on both sides, we send live photos and video of your actual pallet once the order and payment are confirmed.

Everything is on the listingEach listing already describes the inventory, grade, and lot details. After you order, you receive the exact merchandise count and full manifest.
Live photos & video after paymentOnce payment is confirmed, our warehouse team photographs and films your pallet as it is prepared — before it ships or is picked up.
