How to buy wholesale pallets without guessing
A first-time buyer’s walkthrough: photos, condition, source, listed price, then pickup or freight. No buyer’s premium.
Buying liquidation can feel like a leap. It does not have to. At Pallets Stock Room the buy is the same every time: look at the merchandise class, read the grade, check the listed price, then decide how the pallet moves.
Start with the photos and the grade
Photos on a listing are representative of the category and condition unless the page says they are of that exact lot. A Customer Returns shoe pallet and a New shoe pallet can share a photo style and still be completely different buys. Read the grade first.
- New — unused / sealed for the lot as a whole. Still a pallet, not a retail shelf.
- Open Box — packaging opened or incomplete. Expect box wear.
- Used — previously used. Price reflects that.
- Customer Returns — mix of unopened, opened, incomplete, and worn is normal.
- Mixed — more than one condition on the same pallet.
What you should see on a legit listing
We publish the source we were given, the condition, representative photos, wholesale price, and estimated retail when we can calculate one. A manifest appears when the supplier provided one. We do not invent piece counts or authenticity claims to fill a blank.
The price on the page is the pallet
There is no buyer’s premium. Freight is quoted separately if you need the lot shipped from the USA. Local pickup skips that line. Typical listed orders are 1–5 pallets; truckloads go through a quote.
Available lots can go in the cart. Read the grade before you add.
